Powerful Web Applications. Built Around Real Needs.

Turn a repeatable business task into a browser-based product that people can use with confidence.

Discuss web applications

Technology, selected around your requirements.

Examples of our capabilities, not a prescribed stack. We agree the tools and architecture around your project's functionality, performance, security, scalability and long-term needs.

Where the
friction begins.

What a useful solution can include.

The following capabilities inform the conversation. Your final deliverables are defined in the approved project scope.

  1. User journeys and application architecture

    01
  2. Authenticated accounts and role-based permissions

    02
  3. Task-focused dashboards and workflows

    03
  4. Database and API integration

    04
  5. Input validation, errors and meaningful feedback

    05
  6. Deployment and operational documentation

Built around
real use cases.

  • Customer and partner portals
  • Internal operational applications
  • Appointment and service-request tools

Illustrative applications, not a claim that every listed use case is a delivered Caslio project.

Tell us your use case

From requirement to working solution.

For web applications, we agree the business rules, dependencies and acceptance criteria before development.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business, the people and the problem before choosing a tool.

  2. 02

    Plan

Define priorities, scope, responsibilities and what success will be tested against.

  3. 03

    Design

Shape the journeys, information and interfaces around real tasks.

  4. 04

    Build

Develop the agreed solution with connected systems and clear permissions.

  5. 05

    Validate

Test realistic scenarios, review the details and resolve in-scope issues.

  6. 06

    Launch & Evolve

Deploy, hand over and agree how support and future improvements will work.

Important considerations.

Security, data classification, hosting, expected traffic and recovery requirements need to be defined before implementation. A web application does not automatically include native mobile apps.

Before we begin.

We define the agreed user journeys, roles, screens, data and business rules. Dashboards, internal tools and customer portals have different requirements; a feature list is confirmed before development.

Where a suitable API or supported exchange mechanism exists, we can scope an integration.

Yes. A bounded first release helps validate the main workflow before adding optional features.

Yes. We review your business goals before defining the web applications scope. Additional functionality, content or workflow changes need approval and may change the estimate or schedule.

Depending on the requirements, our capabilities include Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare. These are examples of technologies Caslio can work with, not a fixed stack for every project. We select the tools and architecture around functionality, performance, security, scalability and long-term needs, and confirm the implementation during project planning.

We review the relevant systems, supported interfaces, permissions and provider requirements before confirming an integration. Not every platform allows the same access, and subscriptions or usage charges may apply.

The estimate depends on the agreed web applications scope, complexity, responsibilities and external providers. Our development payment process follows the agreed 40% / 40% / 20% milestones; associated deliverables are defined in the approved proposal.

Every project has different requirements, so we do not promise fixed development timelines.

The delivery schedule depends on the project's scope, features, integrations, design requirements, technical complexity, and feedback process.

After reviewing your requirements, we provide a proposed project timeline with clearly defined milestones before development begins.

Provide your current workflow, user roles, required reports, non-sensitive sample data and connected systems. We clarify acceptance criteria and dependencies before proposing an implementation.

We discuss authentication, permissions, validation and deployment controls. Backups, monitoring and ongoing security responsibilities must be included explicitly where required; no system is promised to be risk-free.

The agreement defines support coverage, duration and responsibilities for the delivered web applications work. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring or further changes are included only where explicitly agreed.

Source delivery, intellectual property, usage rights and payment conditions are confirmed in the agreement. External libraries and services retain their licensing terms.

A better way starts with a conversation.
